Random lag issue

Hi, I have a unity VR shooter where 2 people can play together. The game runs on a self hosted loadbalancing server. Sometimes the game starts lagging. I have 30 moving objects that are being synched unreliably from masterclient to the other client. Sometimes the game runs very smooth. Other sessions the non master client has a lot of lag. It seems that packages are not being send through (the moving object is not moving smooth anymore, packages are arriving randomly, ...) Is 30 moving objects a lot for the server? Is there a way to debug? Any reason why it's randomly lagging? I've tried to restart the server in between sessions but that didn't seem to solve anything. Thanks in advance, Kind regards. Matt
