EC2 RPD Error

So i followed the process outlined here for an AWS server host setup. However i seem to be stumped when finishing Step 2. Here is the error i get when trying to connect with the RDP file downloaded from the instance. Here is a visual of the server indeed running and available. Here, a snap of the instances security group for inbound ports, as specified here. Note, the IP address is that of the server instance. Here is a extra snap of the 2 files i have to this point, The PEM being used for the retrieval of the RDP file. Any help here is appreciated as always.
