We've built our custom MMO server around Photon Server and have been using it without problems for several months (live).
There is a Master server + Chat, Login, and Region servers.
We have however started experiencing a strange issue a few days ago. One or more of the child servers randomly get disconnected from Master and basically stop working until restarted.
It happens most often with the Chat and Login servers, to which we haven't made any major changes recently (nor to the Master server).
There are no errors in the logs, so we've added more messages in an attempt to identify the issue. What we see at the moment is a OnDisconnect from the failed server and a warning that the PhotonServerPeer ServerId is null.
We'll post an update as soon as we have more info, but at this point any help is greatly appreciated.
