"An App From Scratch" - Tutorial won't work! (PeerBase no constructors definied)

Hello
I try to create a photon server from scratch.

I used this tutorial:

My PeerBase constructor won't work:

I get the error:
"For type "Photon.Socket Server.PeerBase" no constructors are defined. "

Please help! )
