Where is AuthSettings location

hi everybody
i read the instructions in https://doc.photonengine.com/en/realtime/current/reference/custom-authentication.
in the section "Setup for Photon Server", he mentioned AuthSettings must be inserted in file config {plugin-sdk}\deploy\LoadBalancing\Master\bin\Photon.LoadBalancing.dll.config.
when i put it in root of configuration master report error in log: photon unrecognized element AuthSettings.
maybe i must put it on other tag element of file (not in root tag)
plz help me.
