Serialization Problem.

I have a very simple class I cant seem to get to serialize. You can see it here


If it matters any at all, I am attaching it to the AuthenticateResponse message to send back to the client. Its failing when trying to serialize the message. You can see it here and also you can see the usage here

Im sure its just something stupid and little im missing. So thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer!
